The staff were so welcoming , particularly Georgos , and the welcome meeting with free glass of champagne and smoked salmon blinis was a really nice touch . We were upgraded and our room was lovely with fabulous view to spinalonga and hot tub on the balcony . Another very nice touch was free bottle of very good quality Cretan red wine . All in all

best holiday ever Our suite and swimming pool was beyond description We
will go back next year with our son. Delicious food and breakfast every

The hotel was in an amazing location set in a cove, the exterior of the hotel blended into the natural cove scene which was great.
The staff were great very attentive and the pool/ beach was not crowded just right. -
Spacious, private, luxury in a wonderful setting with superb facilitites and excellent staff and high standard of food and wine

It was the second time that I stayed in this wonderful hotel, and, again, I felt very happy there. This time a shared a bungalow-style 'house' (two bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge, terrace and good-sized private pool) right by the sea and it was wonderful to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves. All the staff are very professional, efficient and anticipate your every need. The restaurants have a perfect choice of excellent food and first class service. Christopher, the maitre d'hotel, runs the restaurants with an eye for every detail – all the time. The hotel is close enough to Agios Nikolaos to get there for an evening out, in five minutes, yet far enough away to be far from the madding crowd.

We are a large family, 2 parents and 5 children, and just got back from Elounda Gulf Villas. We had a dreamy vacation that will be remembered. Recommend getting Half-Board as the food at the restaurant is well worth
