Excellent location, great staff whose attention to detail and desire to please was second to none! Superb breakfasts with lots of choice and extras like the small pancakes deep fried and served with honey and sesame seeds - delicious. Meals in the restaurant were fantastic, again with lots of extras and a new dessert to sample every day. The staff were very well trained, courteous and took the time to talk. I stayed in Santa Marina Plaza more than a week at the beginning of September 2013. I liked wonderful view from my terrace (front sea view room) and the beach. Very convinient location - not far from Chania and with many shops and restaurants near the hotel.

The staff were fantastic, very friendly but still professional. The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent, large choice of foods of good quality, something for everyone. The lobby, pool area, beach and grounds were beautiful and very well tended. -

Comfortable clean room with lovely decoration, cool colors and relaxing atmosphere. Pool area very beautiful with shady areas in the gardens . Views are the highlight. full panoramic views of the whole coast line and sea. 5 minutes walk to long clean beach withe free umbrellas and beds at fish taverna. Breakfast delicious and fresh . Family run hotel which makes you feel part of the family too .lovely people , real Greece !
