i loved everything about the hotel, the staff were very curteous, helpful and nice. the interior was fabulously decorated and the room was very nice. it was an all together a great experience and the hotel is definitely my choice hotel whenever i go back to toulouse. and not to mention its great location. -

The staff were very helpful-their level of English was very good. The central location was so convenient. Excellent value for money. - excellent location, everything within walking distance. friendly staff. i have been to toulosue 4 times and stayed here each time, would not hestiate to stay again

The apartment was excellent. VERY comfortable just the right size for 3 would have done 4 but "cosier" . Looked as if it had recently been refurbished. Staff were friendly and helpful and the spa etc looked nice- we didn't use. Was very quiet when we there no traffic noise but maybe in the height of season it could have been a little noisy from other apartments ? Would thoroughly recommend and will be looking for other appartments in the privilege group for future stays.

The hotel was in a great location, right on the river and not a far walk at all from the center of Toulouse, Toulouse Centerville. We had a room with the river view, which was wonderful. Excellent front desk staff, very helpful and friendly and able to inform us of the best sights to see, and they organized a parking spot in a nearby parking station. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the main sights and many restaurants and shops in the city centre.
