i loved everything about the hotel, the staff were very curteous, helpful and nice. the interior was fabulously decorated and the room was very nice. it was an all together a great experience and the hotel is definitely my choice hotel whenever i go back to toulouse. and not to mention its great location. -

We liked out room although it did not have any view as such; it was great having access to an English TV channel in the evenings and a mini fridge in our room; the lobby was lovely and the staff really helpful, friendly and really made us feel welcome. The lobby was lovely and - Price was low cost offer (69- Euro) and very good value for money.

The apartment was excellent. VERY comfortable just the right size for 3 would have done 4 but "cosier" . Looked as if it had recently been refurbished. Staff were friendly and helpful and the spa etc looked nice- we didn't use. Was very quiet when we there no traffic noise but maybe in the height of season it could have been a little noisy from other apartments ? Would thoroughly recommend and will be looking for other appartments in the privilege group for future stays.

Excellent front desk staff, very helpful and friendly and able to inform us of the best sights to see, and they organized a parking spot in a nearby parking station. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the main sights and many restaurants and shops in the city centre.
