The hotel was very well situated in the center of the city. Ideal for shopping restuarants etc. we had booked a superior suite which was lovely. It was at the back of the hotel, so quiet and peaceful. The Capoul restuarant was excellent and the staff in he restuarant were willing to recommend dishes. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Toulouse.

Very well maintained and positioned near the Toulouse airport and very close to rail line which connects with the metro system for town exploring. Great staff and facilities. This is an aparent hotel which is equipped with everything you may want for either staying in and eating or eating at their facilities. Tv had 3 English language news channel

We booked the family room but the tap was faulty so they put us in an executive suite and let us take what we wanted from the mini bar for free which was AWESOME! Huge variety of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, Breakfast was nice.

Although some of the hotel is a bit old fashioned, it is very clean, all the staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful, looking up sites on the net for trains and buses etc.(we were staying juring a weather alert and trains were all suspended and delayed). Hotel is very central. Would definitely stay again. - comfortable bed!
