The location is absolutely perfect being only 10 mins walk from the Grotto but far enough away to be quiet and in direct view of the snow clad Pyrenees mountains. The staff at the hotel were warm and welcoming. The hotel rooms were big, clean and just-recently renovated. Breakfast and dinner were good reasonably priced. Dog-friendly. Free parking in the areas around the hotel. For the price we paid, an excellent value-for-your-money.

Excellant location, only 10mins max (slow walk) to the sanctuary, thus, providing a tinge of quietness. Its near but not too near like just opposite the sanctuary kinda near.
Excellant service from all reception staffs. Very helpful.
Reception staffs being able to speak and understand english relatively well. English speaking travellers will have no problem in communicating with them.

I like the location within the Pyrenees and within the town.
Beautiful views from the mountains and an old but well preserved church.
The owners were very friendly and informed us with what was around and things we could do that helped us to decide and plan the day very easily.
Nice and varied breakfast too.

We used this as a stopover on a motorcycle tour of the Pyrenees. When we checked in, the lady could not have been more helpful in offering to carry helmets, bags, jackets etc to the room and showing us the facilities There was a gentleman there who spoke superb english (who was also a motorcyclist) who was able to give us local knowledge on the times of the road closures for the mountain passes due to maintenance. Although this resulted in us leaving the hotel very early the next morning before
