The staff were very good. The Hotel accepted dogs without a supplement
or a stupid (Campanile this is you) 10kg size limit. This was a basic,
clean stop with friendly staff. -
Every thing was fine, food was good value, staff were helpful and could speak a bit English which helped.

We used this as a stopover on a motorcycle tour of the Pyrenees. When we checked in, the lady could not have been more helpful in offering to carry helmets, bags, jackets etc to the room and showing us the facilities There was a gentleman there who spoke superb english (who was also a motorcyclist) who was able to give us local knowledge on the times of the road closures for the mountain passes due to maintenance. Although this resulted in us leaving the hotel very early the next morning before

The apartment like amenities were great. The staff was excellent. Spoke English (+) and had some amazing recommendations for hiking in the area. -

Excellent owners, both husband and wife were very friendly and spoke very good English as well.
Had to call up for directions as the GPS got all the one lane roads wrong and Peter was ever so willing to give me the awesome directions.

Fantastic location hop skip and jump into the basilica complex. Simple
yet extremely clean hotel that offers you the basic requirements with
all it's warmth. This hotel completed our pilgrimage by offering all
the warmth and valuable information. The hotel could do with a bit of
mordenisation but nothing such that you would find amiss. Laura and
Peter are amazing and make outstanding hosts.

Self-catering therefore quite good if you're travelling as a family or on a budget.
Less than 10 minutes walk to sanctuary, castle and the town.
Less than 5 minutes taxi ride to the train station.
Very good wifi connection even inside the room. This allows us to watch other English TV channels via streaming on our iPads.
English speaking and helpful staff...special mention to Fidela (sorry if the spelling is wrong). He even helped us to board our luggage on the taxi.
