  As we have two very young children, we go for serviced apartments rather than hotels wherever possible these days. We had a three bed apartment (No 8). It was was modern, well-appointed, clean and quiet. The residence is opposite the hotel, so the hotel staff bring bags park car etc, all were very nice and efficient. Would recommend La residence to anyone

  Very modern villa with functional furnishing. The guest apartments, at least three of them, are in the bottom level where you also have a terrace in front of your entrance. There is also a private car parking at the same level. The hosts are kind and polite and English is OK. The only thing missing at the pool is that there are - This is the best place I have ever stayed after more than more than 20 years of travelling I have found heaven! Stephanie and Oliver treated us like family with care, class and an attention to detail only found in 6 star hotels! The home made breakfast was amazing and I still miss it. Everything about it is superb. Just when you thought it could not possibly get any better Stephanie did my hair for an awards night and it was perfect. The atmosphere is pure peace and happiness.   This hotel is highly recommendable. It has a really great atmosphere with a very slick design. It is located on a pedestrian street in the centre of Juan les pins and right by a small beach with crystal clear water. We stayed for four nights and walked across to the old town which was about 20 minutes away. We felt we were located in the perfect position however the old city was also a very cool spo - The interior and decoration of the hotel is really great! Nice style and eye for detail. It is very clean and new. The breakfast outside on the terras was perfect. The owner was very friendly and helpfull!
