  We booked the connecting double/triple rooms. It was absolutely perfect for our family! My husband and I took the double and our 3 boys had the triple. The hotel's location is great! There is a tram stop about 200m from hotel, but we didn't need it. Everything can be walked to. There was one gentleman at reception that was absolutely, completely a... cosa dice la gente » mazing. I wish I knew his name because he was so incredibly helpful and friendly. - There was a slight mix up with our reservation, but the staff went over and above to resolve the issue, and even gave us an upgrade "for all the troubles." They were very pleasant and helped us plan our day. The location was perfect, right near the river, walking distance to all kinds of restaurants and tourist attraction. Breakfast was very good.

  Great location,less than 1m from cathedral, which helps when you need to get back to the hotel and you can use the cathedral's tower as a guiding "light". Room was comfortable. Staff couldn't have been any nicer, they answered all questions, and even explained me how to cross the French-German border by bus. Walkable from the train station on a nice day; less than a 10 Euro taxi fee on departure when it was rain - This was a fantastic location just the other side of the river from the heart of Strasbourg (several of the best restaurants were nearby) the bells ringing, the breakfasts, the staff were the best! There's a cycle rental nearby which was 15euro for a whole week! We had a fabulous time, and in fact extended our stay a night with no problem.
