The location is excellent; between 2 major railway stations Gare Du Nord & Gare De L'Est, easy walk to magnificent Sacre Cœur, & funky Montmatre & close to Blvd Poissonnere (live theatre & shows). The Metro is very close too but I didn't use it as evrything I needed or wanted to do was nearby.
