The staff were outstanding and very friendly. It was spotlessly clean, easy to find and near lots of Metro stations and walking distance to the Bastille. The rooms were very comfortable and well appointed for short stays. The Independent nature of the hotel shone through in their quality of care and customer service. Will definitely use them agai

Good location as it is near Metro, with plenty of restaurants and bars
nearby. Quite close to central Paris. The staff are nice, the rooms are
tiny (this is Paris after all) but very clean, newly renovated, beds are
very comfortable and the showers worked perfectly. We did not have the
breakfast. Great value for the price.

The location is more than ok since it is found not far from a metro station. It is definately clean. Breakfast is excellent in terms of quality. It certainly consists of an adequate variety and i can not see why should someone complain about it. Hotel Fabric is a very nice place to stay. Location is good (near is a metro station nr 9), even though if you want go to the city centre on foot it’s possible.
I love they breakfast – everything was delicious (fresh orange and grapefruit juice!) and they serve more than in Mediterranean style (cured, boiled eggs, cheese).
They offer for the visitors coffee and tea without limits whole day!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic - it was renowated a year ago and now looks totally different - the interior is fresh, modern and full od fashionable design motives. In the comfort room there was a change of towels each day, hairdrier in the closet and free of charge safe. Location is perfect, next to Oberkampf metro station, and also near to the second one. The neighborhood is friendly and safe, full of brasserie's and shops, and also next to restaurant on the corner, where, late at night

1) Location, less than 100m walk away from Metro - Oberkampf. Ideal station to move around in Paris.If you have heavy luggage, carry luggages up and down the metro stairs can be a chore BUT the hotel proximity to bring you almost everywhere in Paris weighs over all that stairs.

The hotel was really clean, they would come in the room everyday to check if you had clean towels etc.
They didn't steal anything from the room
The room was small but very pretty for how little we paid
The metro station is 1 min away and if you walk straight you arrive at Place de la Republique which has plenty of bars and places to eat. Not expensive
There was always someone at the reception to talk to you
