  The staff were outstanding and very friendly. It was spotlessly clean, easy to find and near lots of Metro stations and walking distance to the Bastille. The rooms were very comfortable and well appointed for short stays. The Independent nature of the hotel shone through in their quality of care and customer service. Very good value for money, thank-you. - Good location as it is near Metro, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Quite close to central Paris. The staff are nice, the rooms are tiny (this is Paris after all) but very clean, newly renovated, beds are very comfortable and the showers worked perfectly. We did not have the breakfast. Great value for the price.

  The location is more than ok since it is found not far from a metro station. It is definately clean. Breakfast is excellent in terms of quality. It certainly consists of an adequate variety and i can not see why should someone complain about it. The price is very good for what you can generally get in -for no reason- expensive Paris. Last but not least - Hotel Fabric is a very nice place to stay. Location is good (near is a metro station nr 9), even though if you want go to the city centre on foot it’s possible. I love they breakfast – everything was delicious (fresh orange and grapefruit juice!) and they serve more than in Mediterranean style (cured, boiled eggs, cheese).   The proprietors were very welcoming and attentive and happy to greet us. We had a beautiful room outlooking the courtyard with french doors and a small balcony on which to sit (bliss - one morning I awoke to the birds singing - who gets this in any city setting?). Instantly he will heat up the flask and pour me a cup without fretting. - The hotel was really clean, they would come in the room everyday to check if you had clean towels etc. They didn't steal anything from the room The room was small but very pretty for how little we paid The metro station is 1 min away and if you walk straight you arrive at Place de la Republique which has plenty of bars and places to eat.
