  Monseur Gerard, the owner, is a very kind and thoughtful man who goes out of his way to make guests welcome. Despite the language difficulties of us speaking very little French we enjoyed several conversations with Gerard. I didn't have change for a pizza and I was starving, so he paid for it out of his own pocket and added it to my total fee. He was awesome to talk to, as well. He showed me exactly where everything was on a map, which was extremely helpful. 5 minute walk to the train station, 10 minutes to downtown. PERFECT location. Absolutely incredible. My room was BEAUTIFUL. For the price I paid, I couldn't believe it. Huge bed, beautifully decorated room, my own bathroom
