  Very well set up self contained villa. Plenty of room to spread out in and the tavern only 50 metres away for good pub quality meals if you don't want to cook your own. Only 3 minutes from the centre of Strahan with a view acroos the bay to the town. Helpful and friendly staff. Meal at adjoining Tavern was very good. Nice walking track into town centre (25 mins).

  The town and shops were clean and very well presented. There were a lot of trees around which gave it a lovely atmosphere. The people were friendly and I felt quite safe there.   Clean , comfortable, amazing view, friendly staff. Strahan was one of my favourite places in Tasmania. The people were so freindly. I did a four hour Harley Tour with Big Al and got to see so many lovely places that I would like to revisit. Had I only done teh Gordon River Boat tour and the Wilderness Railway I would have felt I had done all there... cosa dice la gente » is to do in Strahan, but the bike ride showed me so much more. We will definately be back and look forward to staying at Strahan Village again. - The room was comfortable, though rather dated. As we looked out onto the carpark we took advantage of the Hilltop lounge area. On the first night the bar was open, the fire stoked and we enjoyed a drink while watching the light fade and the lights come on in the harbor. On the second night, no bar, no fire, no staff, but the view more than made up for it.
