  Great location, less than 5 minutes from lovely beach, and next door to Albany Golf Club - nice course and good value. The Beach House is family owned and run, and they were all really friendly and helpful with recommendations to local attractions and restaurants. Room very comfortable with a spa bath, and very good bed. Would stay again if - The owners were away, their parents were looking after the place. They were lovely, but looked a bit out of their depth at times! Breakfast was excellent, the room was spotless and it was very quiet. A vehicle is obviously a must have, but the location right by the beach is beautiful. A bit confusing when arriving as we were unaware that it is actually in a residential neighbourhood, a golf course community.

  This was a bnb I found last minute and I am glad that I did! I went with 3 friends and we arrived past check in time and Jan & Husband waited up to welcome us in. The little bridge over the fish pond was a lovely family feeling, I was looked after immediately. The decor is modern country and very stylish. My room was large with a huge bathroom and claw foot bath and separate toilet. The bed was so comfortable, can't recommend it enough, very lovely and restful. It lives up to it's name, I definitely felt like a special guest.
