The Beach House at Bayside is located midway between Middleton Beach and Emu Point on Middleton Bay, 150 metres from the historic Albany Golf Course. Great location, less than 5 minutes from lovely beach, and next door to Albany Golf Club - nice course and good value. The Beach House is family owned and run, and they were all really friendly and helpful with recommendations to local attractions and restaurants. Room very comfortable with a spa bath, and very good bed. Secure parking, free wifi, and an excellent breakfast all made for a really good 3 day stay although when converting back to uk sterling, quite expensive!! Would stay again if .

Breakfast was excellent, the room was spotless and it was very quiet. A vehicle is obviously a must have, but the location right by the beach is beautiful. A bit confusing when arriving as we were unaware that it is actually in a residential neighbourhood, a golf course community. Craig and Sally have this down to a fine art! They were ahead of you every step. Their professionalism and helpfulness is something to admire. We were there for two days and Craig helped us with sightseeing ideas for that time. Not to mention the breakfasts! Congratulations to you both. Can very highly recommend the Beach House for a stay! Judy & Graham. The Beach House is run by the best kind of hotel keepers. When we arrived, the reception desk didn't have our booking. The date change that I had made 3 months earlier had been lost in a reservation system change. So, we had to take a room in another house two doors down, but were still able to have breakfast at the Beach House. It ended up being a lovely room, but not what I had booked. A very small discount was offered as compensation. Parking bays are just a touch too narrow. On our visit a crookedly parked vehicle had blocked out the adjacent parking spot - and we had to park in a nearby paddock. No problem ... unless/until that paddock is built on. TV was in an odd position and there was a bit of noise. Nothing major. Slightly pricey but pretty much worth it. Bedspread was too heavy for me. There wasn't anything that we didn't like. nothing. Nothing.
