  All staff from the cleaners right through to reception and the owners were always very friendly and eager to offer any advice on activities, places to go etc. The owners even gave my family free passes to the aquarium. when the 3 yr old had an accident on his bed the sheets were changed immediately without question by staff at no extra cost.   We liked the lovely spa which was big enough for 2 people with out feeling squashed. We liked one particular helpful staff member Melanie who assisted us with print outs of tours etc. She was the most loveliest and friendly person that went on to the net and nothing was too much trouble. - The food was good.
