  Nothing was too much trouble for your staff. We arrived earlier than check in so our luggage was stored for us & taken up to our room ready for us when we returned. The porters stored the luggage at check out willingly & when I asked to fetch something out of my bag which they had already taken to the storage room the were very happy to go... cosa dice la gente » back & get my bag for me. The breakfast was wonderful. The omelete lady made me the best omelete I have ever eaten. The made to order coffee was - I have stayed at this hotel on 4 other occasions and this visit by far was the best experience. The rooms were luxurious, spacious and very comfortable, hardly heard any noise, a great bonus, staff we met were extremely helpful and very friendly, even the young man who fixed our tv, very prompt and he knew what he was doing! Would definitely re-book again, thank you for a great stay :)

  Loved everything. We booked a studio apartment for 2 nights. Very modern, awesome air conditioning units, a small balcony, sound proof as well, there was construction going across the road but when inside the apartment you can't hear anything. We booked here to go to a cirque du soleil show which wasn't even a 10 min walk away and then we had dinner on the waterfront close to the hotel - Lovely apartment, great location that suited our needs perfectly. Close to city, free transport using circle line tram to MCG & city. Etihad Stadium closeby. Mecure suggested Limo transfers from & to airport great value for 3 of us given late night arrival & early morning departure. Appreciated being escorted to our apt by Manager. Will definitely stay again.

Even walking into the reception and smelling the beautiful scent of the burning candles was such a lovely experience.
