Excellent place to stay. Top-class room accommodation, close to the town centre, friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely go back to stay there ;when we go to Beechworth. -
Very well located near Main Street. Facilities in the room are very good, roomy and bathroom seems to have been upgraded. Very happy to recommend the motel.

The staff were superb. Everyone, from the people on the desk to the cleaning staff to the people in the restaurant at breakfast time were polite, helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcome without being 'in your face'. The breakfasts were very impressive with a great choice of fresh, delicious food and coffee made to order. The fresh fruit platter was an unexpected, very appreciated highlight on arrival. Everything about my stay here was fantastic. It's a great place for reps travelling, couples and families. We were made to feel very welcome by the friendly and helpful staff. The room was large, comfortable and very well-equipped, and the hotel is situated in a quiet part of the town, near tourist attractions and the sea. It was useful to have a pc for use by guests in the reception area.

A great location handy to the airport,,which is what we were looking for. Happy hour at the bar was great, with the staff treating all the guests that were there as part of the family. There was no hesitation from staff when we told them that we needed the courtesy bus to the airport at 4:30am. Room was comfy, clean and was exactly what we needed. Wife enjoyed the in-room spa

I liked the fact that it was situated near the city attractions but not
too close, hence not too noisy. The tram stop was just by the hotel or
we could walk downtown in less than 15 minutes. There was a small
supermarket right next door. We were on 10th floor and had the views
without the traffic noise. The staff were nice and helpful and the
apartment was roomy, comfortable and tastefully decorated.

Apartment is very clean, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped with lots of facilities which made our stay very comfortable. The washing machine, dryer and dish-washer are real bonuses. Kitchen is fully equipped with sufficient cookwares, crockery and cutlery. They even do housekeeping on a daily basis and everything is well-replenished.

The staff were extra friendly and helpful allowing us to park the car early in the morning, then go into town and check in later in the day. Exec apartment is comfy, roomy and well equipped, even has a coffee machine. Off street parking is a bonus in this area. Good tram service into the city, short walk to St Kilda beach, cafes/restaurants, Luna park.

We loved Mantra on Russell. From the moment we checked in, the experience was great. Particular mention must be made of Mr Aaron Light at the front desk. He was very professional and extremely helpful. The apartment was very clean and the housekeeping personnel were very good and efficient. We have stayed in several apartments in Melbourne during our previous trips there but this is by far the best! Will definitely stay there again!

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Ballarat. The decor of the entire establishment was superb and accordingly periodic and very genuine. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. great location, excellent value for money as we have a large family and had to get two rooms. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. Booking was easy on the internet, and our request for two rooms next to each other was accomodated. -
Julia (Reception & Breakfast cook) was great. Facilities were very good and spotlessly clean.
