  I liked almost everything and would have scored 'excellent' for all questions except for a few minor details that let the Buckingham down. I detailed them in my feedback at the time. Free wifi a definite benefit although a bit erratic at times. Good location for getting into the city as tram just around the corner at Highett. Excellent experience would definitely return if we came again.

  The staff were awesome. From the pick up & return to the airport by the hotel shuttle bus was a fantastic service. This alone would make me stay here again. Their night shift driver "JP" even dropped me to the nearest Tram so i could use a more cost effective way into the city. Yeah it takes longer but for $3.50 return by tram to the city is a... cosa dice la gente » bargain, plus "JP" picked me up in the shuttle bus upon my return to take me back to the motel. This is a fantastic service. I would not hesitate to - myself and my new husband booked the wrong date we flew back into Australia,and at 11:30pm we were able to not only change it to that night-but a free shuttle came to get us!! the room was huge and so clean and bearly 5 mins from the airport. breaky was amazing and we even had a gym to go sweat some over eating from our hoiladay! the staff even helped us with a luggage scale so we could weigh our bags for our flight the next morning. i cannot say enough how amazing i found this hotel, and would

  The staff were very friendly. The room was spotless and spacious. We liked the kitchenette, which enabled us to prepare a very basic dinner to eat at home (scrambled eggs on toast, done in the microwave). It was nice to not have to always go out and buy a restaurant meal - it gave us an option. We stayed in Bright as a base to visit the snowfields. Mt Buffalo wa - Extremely spacious rooms, lovely and clean. Location was great, the motel was set a little back from the main highway so lovely and quiet, yet easy to find late at night. A surprise to see two kangaroos in the driveway when arrived at night! The owners had graciously waited up for my 9pm arrival -they were very friendly, lovely people and very helpful indeed. Room service breakfast was perfectly on time, very tasty and good value. Check out was fast and easy. This would be a great place to stay

  We were booked for a 2 night stay. Unfortunately we had to leave after one night due to a significant illness with my mother requiring hospitalisation in Geelong. The motel keeper was very considerate and reduced our booking to a single night. I think that this is a reasonable request under the circumstances. - The lady on the front desk was very welcoming told us the different places we might like to visit and gave us a detailed map to the locations allin all a very nice visit
