My friend had a problem climbing the stairs, as when I booked I didn't realize there was up and down stairs. The lady at the desk re arranged the booking to a ground floor room, which was no bother to her and a big plus to us. Otherwise everything was spot on.. Thankyou, and we will stay there again...Cheers, Annette. -

The staff were awesome. From the pick up & return to the airport by the hotel shuttle bus was a fantastic service. This alone would make me stay here again. Their night shift driver "JP" even dropped me to the nearest Tram so i could use a more cost effective way into the city. Yeah it takes longer but for $3.50 return by tram to the city is a

myself and my new husband booked the wrong date we flew back into Australia,and at 11:30pm we were able to not only change it to that night-but a free shuttle came to get us!! the room was huge and so clean and bearly 5 mins from the airport. breaky was amazing and we even had a gym to go sweat some over eating from our hoiladay! the staff even helped us with a luggage scale so we could weigh our bags for our flight the next morning.

Basic but comfortable

Allowed to check in early so we could then head out for a day at Soveriegn Hill refreshed . -
Close to the city and main attractions. Plenty of space in the room and the beds were really comfortable.

I actually made mistake when booking and listed incorrect check in date,
when I failed to show they rang me to verify, I explained it was a
mistake, I meant to book the following night and they happily updated my
booking, very understanding and helpful. -

The room had a nice warm feel to it, was spacious and well finished for
an older hotel. The bathroom was modern, great facilities in the room
including desk and sofa. Overall good experience in a quiet suburban

Extremely spacious rooms, lovely and clean. Location was great, the motel was set a little back from the main highway so lovely and quiet, yet easy to find late at night. A surprise to see two kangaroos in the driveway when arrived at night! The owners had graciously waited up for my 9pm arrival -they were very friendly, lovely people and very helpful indeed. Room service breakfast was perfectly on time, very tasty and good value. Check out was fast and easy. This would be a great place to stay

Room was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. Bed was also comfortable. Price ($154) was very reasonable. We arrived at Tullamarine from an overseas trip at 2.00 in the morning, but a short phone call was all we needed to organise a free shuttle bus ride to the hotel. -

To arive after a 5hour drive and be told that you have been upgraded to a spa room was the BEST EVERY,It was my BIRTHDAY. I loved all of it, the room was a great size, the meals at the resturont wear delish and great value for money, the staff wear polite and very helpful. Having a long day out then coming back to the room and soak in the spa, then just wall out the door over to the restaurant for dinner was the best did not have to go anywhere it was just all there.
