Loved everything. We booked a studio apartment for 2 nights. Very
modern, awesome air conditioning units, a small balcony, sound proof as
well, there was construction going across the road but when inside the
apartment you can't hear anything. Loved the foxtel in the lounge

Lovely apartment, great location that suited our needs perfectly. Close to city, free transport using circle line tram to MCG & city. Etihad Stadium closeby. Mecure suggested Limo transfers from & to airport great value for 3 of us given late night arrival & early morning departure. Appreciated being escorted to our apt by Manager. Will definitely stay again.

The location was fantastic for exploring Melbourne - close to all the restaurants, cafes and shops. The hotel pool was beautiful and I really enjoyed swimming there during my stay. Buffet breakfast was included in my room rates and the choices were plentiful and a great way to start our day.Overall, I was happy with my stay.

Melbourne is not a cheap city for accommodation and the price on letsbookhotel.com was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, even when we arrived at 2am due to a delay in our flight. The room was well sized, clean and very comfortable. The hotel is in the CBD and close to the main part of town, and only a short walk or tram ride from everything else. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family.

This was a beautiful hotel. The rooms were very clean and the Reception at the front desk was more than hospitable, very accomodating!
I think the place might be haunted! So does 4 other guest that stayed with us. All having strange dreams that turned gory and feelings of being watched! It was weird! But a gorgeous place!! -

The cottage we had was extremely clean ,bright and fully self contained. Definitely the place for kids. Life size snakes and ladders,drafts ,pool with water slide and although a little tired and play ground. A few hundred metres to cowes Main Street . staff so friendly and helpful. Next time on the island we will be staying there again. -

The apartment complex is fairly new. We stayed for 8 nights in October/November 2013. The facilities in the apartment suite we were upgraded to, had bedroom, decent walk in shower room, lounge dining kitchen area. I liked my whole stay at Mint, all of one night, not nearly long enough.
Wished I could have stayed much longer. The place is impeccable we were
in a 2 bedroom unit on the 7th floor, ensuit in master plus another full
bathroom.this apartment is fully modern with all new appliances. The car
park may be a bit steep at $20 per night but it is very secure and
clean, no rubbish in sight, and spotless, I'm not joking, you could
almost eat off the car park floor, it's that clean, polished and
shiny. I

Stayed at the Docklands Quest while in Melbourne to watch the AFL at Eitihad stadium, which is right next door. So location was fantastic, rooms were very modern & comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.
