Loved everything. We booked a studio apartment for 2 nights. Very
modern, awesome air conditioning units, a small balcony, sound proof as
well, there was construction going across the road but when inside the
apartment you can't hear anything. Loved the foxtel in the lounge
and also a small tv in the bedroom, excellent well equipped kitchen

Lovely apartment, great location that suited our needs perfectly. Close to city, free transport using circle line tram to MCG & city. Etihad Stadium closeby. Mecure suggested Limo transfers from & to airport great value for 3 of us given late night arrival & early morning departure. Appreciated being escorted to our apt by Manager. Will definitely stay again.

The internet photos were a true representation of a lovely, modern, clean, stylish motel.
The water features around the property were a lovely touch.
The pillow-top mattress was awesome, as were the pillows... I've never slept on such a comfortable bed.
I liked the rooms being smoke-free but that there were nice areas for smokers outside. -

The apartment was located close to shops and transport. Staff were helpful. It was great the room was serviced nearly every day. Would stay there again.

Perfect location to access the city for shopping, entertainment ,
sightseeing etc. Circle tram is great as it takes you close to nearly
any point of the cbd that you need/want to visit. Harbour town for
shopping and food, as well as the restaurants. Late check in was easy
with the pin number drop box for our keys. Staff were great. -

We were in Melbourne to visit family and needed a place for five nights. My sister also joined us for three nights. The two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms suited us well. I can't find any faults. All was great. The balcony was fantastic. Are there other Quests closer to Clifton Hill? -

Position, close to public transport, CBD, fabulous restaurants in walking distance from apartment.
Had every thing we needed in the apartment and was very comfortable and clean, it was a pleasure to be there.

The location was great, walking distance to cbd. Loved the 2 bedroom
suite we were assigned, had everything you could ask for except the
internet connection which was a waste of time (and money). The staff we
encountered during the day were super. Night clerk was not very helpful
or friendly. -

I can't say enough good things about the Alto and staff . The room was clean ,comfortable and had little extras that made you feel at home.I had a mini box of chocolates and a welcome note waiting in my room as well as my luggage that they had kept secure for me for a week I was traveling to Caines . All staff from the cleaners right through to reception and the owners were always very friendly and eager to offer any advice on activities, places to go etc. The owners even gave my family free passes to the aquarium. when the 3 yr old had an accident on his bed the sheets were changed immediately without question by staff at no extra cost.

extremely convenient when visiting Melbourne with a vehicle - easy free parking for almost any size of vehicle - convenient to city and ferry terminal for Tasmania. Very comfortable and spacious self catering accommodation. Very modern units.

ceiling windows. Our room did not. It turned out to be a mistake and we
were not offered to upgrade. The room they did offer us with floor to
ceiling windows had a view of a partial brick wall with bird droppings.
The smaller room was better, so we stayed in it.

Melbourne is not a cheap city for accommodation and the price on letsbookhotel.com was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, even when we arrived at 2am due to a delay in our flight. The room was well sized, clean and very comfortable. The hotel is in the CBD and close to the main part of town, and only a short walk or tram ride from everything else. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family.
