This is a lovely old (19th century) hotel with high ceilings and attractive features not found in modern buildings. We loved our 'room' - which was in fact a suite, with a separate kitchen-diner. A nicely appointed B&B with a welcoming host. Unfortunately we didn't stay long here, just an overnight trip, but it seemed like a nice place. Good location and, even though the bathroom was shared, it was very clean and very large.

The cottage was very comfortable and quiet.
It is basic but for us it was enough. -
It was close to the town of Olinda, which we were there to go to a XMAS party. It was nice & clean and quiet and was ok for a night.

Chose this B&B as was close to the wharf for our dinner cruise. Lovely walk to the dock. Owner was very friendly. The room was charming with period furniture and very clean. Lovely little shampoo/conditioner and soap in very clean ensuite. Breakfast included in price was fantastic, with lots of choice. Definitely would stay again. -
