  The staff were exceptional, the rooms were amazing and the bed was extremely comfortable. Even walking into the reception and smelling the beautiful scent of the burning candles was such a lovely experience. I ended up staying for 2 nights as I had scored a free night through the overstay program!   We loved the location as we were able to catch a tram to the city and walk to South Yarra and Chapel Street. We were also surrounded by wonderful restaurants within walking distance. The staff at The Lyall were so friendly and we felt very welcomed.
