Loved everything. We booked a studio apartment for 2 nights. Very
modern, awesome air conditioning units, a small balcony, sound proof as
well, there was construction going across the road but when inside the
apartment you can't hear anything. Loved the foxtel in the lounge

Lovely apartment, great location that suited our needs perfectly. Close to city, free transport using circle line tram to MCG & city. Etihad Stadium closeby. Mecure suggested Limo transfers from & to airport great value for 3 of us given late night arrival & early morning departure. Appreciated being escorted to our apt by Manager. Will definitely stay again.

The one bed apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed.
The location of the hotel was perfect and we liked how convenient
parking was. The heated pool was great - we took our little girl
swimming for the first time which she loved :0)

Great location for my purposes. Good on site parking at reasonable rates. Rooms are comfortable and nicely re-furbished.
This is a comfortable value for money hotel with good access to Prahran eateries and very conveniently located on St Kilda Road which makes it very easy to tram in and out of town.

We loved the bed. It was so comfortable, the best bed we have ever slept in.
The staff were very helpful and polite.
Everything was clean tidy and more than we had expected. We had a city view king room and it was that and more.

We were in Melbourne to visit family and needed a place for five nights. My sister also joined us for three nights. The two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms suited us well. I can't find any faults. All was great. The balcony was fantastic. Are there other Quests closer to Clifton Hill? -

I liked almost everything and would have scored 'excellent' for
all questions except for a few minor details that let the Buckingham

definite benefit although a bit erratic at times. Good location for
getting into the city as tram just around the corner at Highett.

the staff were very friendly and helpful the foyer had a beautiful perfume smell the hotel was in a perfect spot about 50 meteres to the Victoria markets and walking distance to the city. taxis and trams were just out the front deli across the road that was opened till late the café was just through the foyer doors will definatley book there agai

Love the location near the Victoria markets. Easy access to Lygon Street and trams to Carlton, Brunswick, North Melbourne. Close to rental car pick-up. Surprised how good the healthy breakfast was and coffee. Excellent value.

internet connection which was a waste of time (and money). The staff we

The staff were superb. Everyone, from the people on the desk to the cleaning staff to the people in the restaurant at breakfast time were polite, helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcome without being 'in your face'. I can't say enough good things about the Alto and staff . The room was clean ,comfortable and had little extras that made you feel at home.I had a mini box of chocolates and a welcome note waiting in my room as well as my luggage that they had kept secure for me for a week I was traveling to Caines . I came here 18 months ago, also to take part in a seminar and found that there have now been many improvements. The room was much nicer this time and I was very impressed with the way the staff at the bar and restaurant went out of their way to help and please. The food and service were excellent. The conference area was also very good.

The rooms were bright, clean and great room configuration for feng shui - mirrors could be folded away from main sleeping area - a feature I look forward to in a room. This is a lovely place to stay. Our apartment was on the 4th floor with a view to the ocean. It is some distance from the town but that doesn't matter, there is a great walk to the ocean over a swing bridge across the river. We had two nights there and it was most enjoyable. Our apartment was very attractive with a great set-up for the ensuite bathroom.
