  Wonderful huge room with separate walk in wardrobe/bathroom with huge two person glam bath. Separate seating area with gas/log fire and the look of a library.   As I am currently in a wheelchair and had noted this in the instructions - I was delighted that they put me in a King room with a disabled friendly bathroom. This made a huge difference to the trip as everything was made so much easier. The gym facilities for my husband were fantastic - he really enjoyed that. I liked the hotel's commitment to the environm - Everything, it was the perfect night after our wedding, the room was amazing and the views were spectacular. The staff were so friendly and happy to assist with everything and anything. The breakfast the next morning was beautiful. I will never stay in any other hotel again other than the Grand Hyatt...

  The spa. It was really nice to stay somewhere that had a spa of a decent size. Also we liked how you could arrive and leave without having to check in and out. It really felt like we were truly on our own for the whole weekend. - lovely spot, comfortable, loved the sauna and spa.. will return.

  The location, the staff, the restaurant. The setting is beautiful, and Daylesford is a very pretty country town. The staff were helpful and attentive. There was a problem with some shampoo my wife bought from the hotel (they gave her the wrong thing, but she didn't find out until we got home almost 2 weeks later). We ate there both nights, and had brea - Beautiful location on Lake Daylesford. Peaceful walks around the lake. Very comfortable room with attractive decor and lighting. Great bathroom facility with heated floor! Attentive, caring and friendly staff. Wonderful restaurant with exceptional ambience. A very pleasurable experience overall.
