We especially loved the wonderful noise free environment of our room.We were on the 10th floor but never heard one sound anytime. We had the most wonderful sleep.The housekeeping of the room was excellent. The window seat was a firm favourite, a great spot to relax in the sun with a book. The room service dinner was also excellent. -

The location and ease of parking the car, the staff are always friendly and helpful, the rooms are always perfect for a short stay eg, bed comfort, mini bar quietness and room service and the restaurant is always great day or evening and the downstairs bar is great for a glass of wine at the end of the day. -

We were attending a Jazz Festival at the Resort. We found the facilities very good our only disappointment was the lack of understanding of our needs by the catering staff. We waited 32 minutes for coffee on Saturday morning,The catering facilities in the room where the music was played did not open until 5pm, t.he resort missed out on a large amount of revenue. I could see no reason why it old not open at say 10am.Allinall we had a tremendous time and have booked for the same weekend next year

Staff ...so friendly and helpful. Lovely big room and comfy bed. Breakfast was delicious. There was a wedding that day and it was very busy (also preparing for mothers day high tea)yet the staff had plenty of time for us. Will definitely come again -

The staff were awesome. From the pick up & return to the airport by the hotel shuttle bus was a fantastic service. This alone would make me stay here again. Their night shift driver "JP" even dropped me to the nearest Tram so i could use a more cost effective way into the city. Yeah it takes longer but for $3.50 return by tram to the city is a

myself and my new husband booked the wrong date we flew back into Australia,and at 11:30pm we were able to not only change it to that night-but a free shuttle came to get us!! the room was huge and so clean and bearly 5 mins from the airport. breaky was amazing and we even had a gym to go sweat some over eating from our hoiladay! the staff even helped us with a luggage scale so we could weigh our bags for our flight the next morning.

A perfect overnight before flying out in the morning. From the helpful reception to my room to the spa, my experience was wonderful. Having found a reasonable rate on Booking, I expected something fairly basic, and this pleasantly exceeded my expectations. The bed was comfortable, the surroundings upmarket, the spa and lap pool relaxing. Quiet too.

From the moment I was greeted by the night manager Harald, I was impressed by the level of professionalism and high standard of service.
The Novotel Creswick is situated amongst the bush, where all you hear are birds and occasional golf club hitting its mark. Very peaceful!

Staff especially Darren at check in excellent he engaged our 5 year old
so much that he really wanted to see him again to thank him personally
for letting us stay in his hotel. Very easy to access activities. It was
a one night visit only and as a couple we have stayed there a few years
ago but this was a dad and kids adventure. We will be back. -

Apartment was very clean, light, open and furnished in a modern but
comfortable manner. It was well presented and serviced daily (a real
bonus) . Pool was excellent and the view from the balcony
