  comfortable, friendly,reasonably priced, convenient supermarket next door, also takeaways nearby . it was a couple of minutes from the Silver Dome where we had our convention. The Bed was Comfortable. and the staff friendly and helpful. We found that the spa and pool and sauna was a pleasant bonus, thanks. what we enjoyed was the quiet evenings ,... cosa dice la gente » as we could sleep well. we would like to visit and stay again in a few months. we would recommend your hotel to friends. thanks for a pleasant couple - The Olde Tudor provided us with excellent accommodation for our golf week in Launceston. It was central to all of the Golf Courses and was in close proximity of eateries, bars, shops and transport. The facilities(pool, spa and sauna) were also an added bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful and room was clean and modern and more than adequate in size and facilities.

  this hotel was in a great location, close enough to walk to city centre, yet far enough away from city noise. Very clean rooms. Receptionist kindly gave us a key to put our bags in room and freshen up even though our room was not quite ready. - The breakfasts were excellent.   Although this motel is a fair way from the city, there are bus stops nearby so the heart of Hobart is only a mere ten minutes away! My room was clean, warm and the facilities were all there. The shower was hot and the water pressure strong! The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and nothing appeared too much for them. The artwork on the walls is not your standard motel stuff but is uniquely Tasmanian in tone, - Ground floor unit easily accessible. Only slept there, so only one issue - the lack of an electric blanket on one of the beds. Great location very close to the city. Tariff was fair'ish for basic room used just for sleeping. Does depend what you are comparing it to. Have paid $50 for lovely b & B's elsewhere. Certainly wouldn't want to have paid any more for this room type. Good parking availability. Overall a satisfactory one night stay.

  A very comfortable two nights' stay. Perhaps a little cramped but as we had good weather we sat outside our room on chairs and table provided. (There is a small table and chairs in the room, too.). Very clean room with microwave and other kitchen utensils, well stocked fridge. Good shower pressure. Restaurant buffet evening meal delightful. Very helpful staff. - There is a microwave, fridge and kettle in room, we were able to buy frozen meals from Woolworths in town and heat it up for dinner. It is located on a bit of a noisy road, but if you close the sliding door it doesn't really bother you. The facilities are a bit dated, but it is clean and sufficient. We didn't need anything more.

The location is also perfect, not far from the city central and just next to the beautiful city park. And they have electronic blanket that I didn't expect.
