Bliss. The highlight of our trip. Peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings. Who doesn't want to curl up in front of a fire in a log cabin in the mountains. Sharon and Ian were fantastic and helped you with anything you needed. Extended our stay and wished we could have stay longer. Cosy, comfortable, and charming. Loved our Woodsmoke cabin and the window into the trees. Already planning our next visit.

The hospitality of the owners was incredible, food was great, personally prepared from Robert, served in room by her lovely wife Jenny all surrounded by a nest room in a quiet forest environment. A standout for me was my interaction with staff members. Having flexibility on a business trip is critical and they went out of their way to accommodate my requests and ensure everything was set up and ready to go. I also enjoyed the conference rooms and the set up there - very efficient service and a great training venue. -

The suite that we had for 2 nights was excellent, comfortable king-size
bed, huge bathroom with spa shower, spa bath, double hand basins and
toilet plus another toilet and hand basin in a room off the lounge area.
2 televisions with some Foxtel channels. The suite had distant views of
the lake. There was valet parking provided. We ate in the resort and the
evening buffet meals were very good.

I like the kitchen, we cooked. I love to have dish washer there so that I can just cook the food and wash all dishes easily.

Staff were friendly and at the time pool was being retiled, but we were able to use the one at the casino and were offered to travel in a shuttle bus if needed. Room quite spacious and had everything you needed and a nice lawn area near our villa where you could sit and enjoy. Bolters restaurant was also good and we were there with a group of kids

Excellent staff who went out of their way to make sure you had a great stay. Spacious rooms - simple but comfortable with cooking facilities. Lots of wild life (birds, ducks, rabbits). Bistro and Grill served delicious meals at reasonable prices. By car just 12 minutes from the airport and 6 minutes to Launceston / Cataract Gorge.
