  The hotel is new and beautiful, with very comfortable beds. The staff were lovely and very helpful.   We were upgraded (from a studio to a larger suite). However the accommodation was great. Very roomy and everything you needed was there. Great value for money and I would definitely stay there again. Compared to our other stay in Burnie (Wellers Inn) it was chalk and cheese. And the Wellers Inn was much more expensive. Staff were extremely helpful, and friendly. - Manager was very friendly and helpful, the facilities were excellent in value, clean and modern considering the age of the building. Unfortunately we couldn't try the onsite bar/restaurant as it was a public holiday but it was appealing. View from upper deck very nice for a crisp morning coffee. We look forward to coming back.

  this hotel was in a great location, close enough to walk to city centre, yet far enough away from city noise. Very clean rooms. Receptionist kindly gave us a key to put our bags in room and freshen up even though our room was not quite ready. - The breakfasts were excellent.   I found my room very clean and well furnished, good choice of decorl Lovely bathroom and a good sized wardrobe. Nice soft lighting, - Location, friendly staff and a well appointed villa. Everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

  We stayed in a Chalet/cabin. Older style but very neat,clean. Spacious & self contained. Bed was comfortable with clean & fresh linen. We had to change our reservation dates at very short notice & the Manager Ray was understanding & helpful. We had a compact/budget room that was far better than I expected (having read some negative reviews) and it really was great value for money. Didn't have a car so no need to worry about the carpark. We had no noise issues and had amazing views. Very clean, very comfy beds/pillows, great location as it was just a short walk to the CBD and Salamanca.

  Location is excellent Price is good Staff is friendly & knowledgeable Although they may need renewal soon, the facilities are satisfactorily maintained - Close to town yet affordable, very friendly staff and newly renovated facilities including a great bar. Great value.
