  Kate who was looking after reception was extremely friendly and made me very welcome, not cold like some of the bigger hotels - Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable, spacious room with minimal outside noise. Quality teas and coffee available.

  I always stay at Jacksons in Adelaide. Its location just at the end of the freeway is very convenient for visitors driving in from Sydney or Melbourne or leaving for those places. The rooms are quite big and clean, while not luxurious. Except in peak hours, driving to other locations in Adelaide is quick and easy. - The staff were excellent. My husband received a business call that required a fax and the staff were more than obliging. For the money we paid the room was clean and had all we needed. We would happily recommend Jacksons for those on a budget.

The Manager also prepared the best breakfast the next mornin - This motel was very clean and pleasant-feeling. Andrew, behind the front desk, was very courteous and pleasant to work with. After staying in a few "budget" motels during our drive around Australia, motels that left a lot to desire, this motel stood out as one I actually remember favorably. I would happily stay here again.

  Good sized room, very comfortable bed, good shower! There is a restaurant with a good Menu selection at the Motel if you don't feel like going out. - Family friendly accommodation and Kids liked the pool. Conveniently placed for access to everything, main street, Woolworths and even the lakes.

  Lee and Judi were attentive and professional hosts who made us very welcome. The house is beautiful and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was well done, especially the wide variety of country-style fruit dishes including peaches, rhubarb and plums, and free range eggs from their own chickens.   This was my second trip to mt Gambier & it was a much better experience because of our host Simon. His knowledge of things to do that would suit my elderly mother & myself made it a very enjoyable visit.
