Clean rooms and great facilities in the rooms. Provided Great information to guests in rooms. Reception staff very friendly and highly recommended. Big plus to to gentlemen whom checked us in very rare to find good, friendly helpful service. Will defenitely book with you again and will recommend to family and friends

  I liked that the Metropole is in the middle of town and is close to the railway station for those without a car. I liked the historic building with its lovely old, but well maintained structures, including the walkway from the back carpark to reception. It is a delight walking through the area with its ferns, goldfish, etc. - Location was great... cosa dice la gente » great. Close to all site seeing and also cheap great food and shops. Hotel was old school setting as well as modern which was great. I will be staying again later this year and will recommend this hotel to everyone going to the blue mountains.

  It's just off the Kings Cross wasn't noisy at all. Downstairs in both sides super cute n very friendly little coffee shops with excellent service n superb breakfast. Really recommend it , if you are serious about food !

  The cabins were well kept and quite modern. The resort backed onto the beach, so it was great to be able to have a 2 minute walk, and your right there. Great kitchen in which to cook our evening meal and very good continental breakfast provided (which is a rare bonus for the price and type of accomodation). Staff very friendly and grounds beautiful. Only a few mins drive to shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend it!

  The facilities/BBQ areas were well located, clean and easy to use. The camp kitchen was great for our gathering. The river view was wonderful and the staff were friendly. - Lovely location, very spacious and clean, self contained room overlooking the river. Sorry we were there for only one night.
