Room looked basic from decor perspective but had facilities over &
above what I expected (tea & coffee, mini fridge, iron & board).
Everything worked & room v v clean. Asked for "high &
quiet" room which I got. Arrived an hour early & was offered
alternative room

Amazing for the price. I was a bit nervous after reading some of the negative reviews but this place is a gem. Cheap and right in the heart of the city. The room was small but perfect for a single. Air conditioning, TV, kettle, fridge, wardrobe, iron, ensuite and quiet. I've paid twice this for a comparable room in a comparable location. No hesitation in recommending and will definitely stay here again. -
I read lots of very negative on-line reviews about this hotel; so upon arrival, I was apprehensive. But I was surprised - location was perfect for the price I pay. Service was good and my room, towel and linen were clean. I would recommend this hotel again to any solo traveller especially ones on business trips. I wouldn't recommend it to a family on long holiday trips as size of standard room is small.

Cheap but comfortable and very clean. Free wifi and parking. The hotels you pay $200+ for per night don't even give you that. The rooms are small but not claustrophobic. I have stayed in high end resorts with rooms not much bigger. Very easy to get a taxi, walking distance to queen street, easy to find, would definitely stay here again. -

The staff were very nice, we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and that was yummy. Rooms were comfortable and the hotel is easy to get to with free parking on the street on the weekend. We arrived at almost mid-night hrs all the way from Auckland. The apartment key & room allocated was well arranged and easy to access & directly to our room. On the following day, we realized one of the male staff is really helpful when we asked for an extra bed and the bed was there after we returned to the room. In general, the apartment is really well managed.

These apartments were in a brilliant position on the fringe of the CBD. They are immaculate and very spacious and comfortable. The staff were very obliging, helpful and genuinely courteous. We had a brilliant stay here and will definitely visit again!

I had a great time in Chasely and really recommend it. It has very good location, just by the Brisbane River about 30 minutes walk to the city, 10 minutes by bus and about 10 minutes to the shopping area. My apartment was very nice, a lot of space and fully equipped. Also, the stuff was amazing, really helpful and making my stay pleasant. I hope I’m back soon.

Judi & Vic are very friendly, helpful, hard-working and go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and welcome. The location is great for U of Queensland, which is just four bus stops or 20 minutes' walk away. The price is great, and you also get free wifi, microwave, toaster and tea & coffee. Would certainly recommend. -
