The hotel is located in Oxford Street in Paddington, a bit outside the central business district but easily accessib - we felt that we received courteous contact with staff - the room was clean and comfortable - good value for money. We were left stranded at number 21 Oxford St., Darlinghurst by the "Air port to hotel " courtesy bus, and were most impressed when someone from the hotel came in a private car to transport us to to Arts Hotel. We received our early morning call as requested. When we have another visit to Sydney we hope you can accommodate us.

They were very helpful and knowledgeable as was our first time there! Hotel is clean, bed is very very comfortable and had plenty of hot water! (That was from other post we read before we got there!) We checked in after the desk had closed, but our keys were made available in a wall safe. The cleanliness of the apartment was exceptional. The apartment was well equipped with a full kitchen and washer dryer. The staff were also helpful with good local knowledge. Would use again and recommend for clean well located accommodation which is also well priced.
