  I really enjoyed my stay here, the room was big. Okay I had been upgraded to a larger room but it was big which I liked. Didn't hear traffic noise although very near a busy road. The bar has a nice outdoor area overlooking the street, a nice place to refresh and cool down after wandering our Brisbane on a warm day. - The staff made our stay amazing, nothing was an issue. Every request was actioned so quickly. Everyone was very friendly and that made such a difference. We will always stay at the Pullmans. Service was just amazing.

Can't think of a time recently when I have received such consistently good customer service from an establishment!!   I requested a room with a view as this was a special occasion. The room had a great view overlooking the river and park across the street. Most probably one of the best stays I have had in a hotel. The facilities were great and everything was clean and in a working order. Far more cost effective than 2 small rooms in a big Hotel! We walked with ease - Deceiving at first as the door to my room was off one of the carpark levels (I was only on level 2). But open the door to a wonderful surprise - a huge long apartment with good bed, full size dining table, full size fridge, oven, cooktop, smallish lounge area with decent size tv and a large outdoor patio area with dining set and sliding doors to block out the nearby traffic.

  the Staff were super efficient, we mentioned the TV in the bedroom didn't work. Next morning a brand new one was installed and set up for all channels. They had the new towels we asked for,ready for us when we got back late at night, and helped at every opportunity. couldn't fault them.
