  Beautiful property, comfortable room, nice and friendly hosts, sumptuous breakfast, the complementary port/sherry makes a wonderful after dinner drink, great location with good choices of restaurants within walking distance, good suggestions of sightseeing spots from the hosts, near to major sightseeing spots in the city.... in short, we had a won... cosa dice la gente » derful stay in Elms of Hobart - Female host was exceptionally warm, informative & professional. Excellent facilities, spotless & charming ambience. Great garden and restful areas inside & out to put the weary traveller at ease. Hard to fault this one - just a little pricey but worth every dollar. A bit of a climb to the front door so those with heavy suitcases take note
