  It was our 2nd staying at the property and we enjoyed pretty much for twice accommodation there. It is a little bit different service style comparing with the big deluxe hotels, all the staffs here were all looking after us like family member, which made us feeling “ home away from home”. All - The location of the Bay Tree Hotel was perfect for our tansfer from the airport, the boat to Green Island for snorkelling and the Skytrain / Karunda rainforest expererience. The staff at the hotel desk were extremely helpful, polite and efficient. Breakfast by the pool on a nice sunny morning was perfect and added to our holiday. The room was perfect for the 3 nights we stayed, the confortable bed and the well equipped bathroom with walk in shower was very acceptable.

  The swim-out apartment was spacious and clean. The rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and laundry equipments were in good condition. Craig, one of the reception staffs there, was extremely helpful and friendly, giving us many information about the day trips to Daintree rain forest and the ship cruise to the Great Barrier Reef, etc. The Apartment is quite q... cosa dice la gente » uiet as it is located near the end of the Esplanade away from the restaurants and pubs, but still it's just ~10-15min walk to the city centre - Excellent place to stay in Cairns. 10-15 minutes walk into the town centre. A spacious apartment, very clean. Great help from the staff. We booked a swim out apartment which was well worth the extra money. Highly recommended.

  I was surprised at how modern the inside decor and furniture was. Very clean with everything a person would want for a long family stay. We unfortunately only stayed one night but we were very happy to have the convenience of been able to wash our clothes overnight! - central, spacious, value for money, accessible.
