Excellent place to stay in Cairns. 10-15 minutes walk into the town centre. A spacious apartment, very clean. Great help from the staff. We booked a swim out apartment which was well worth the extra money. Highly recommended.

Love the bed, not the usual two pushed together but a genuine kind size bed! Large balcony was nice, little touches of luxury such as spa bath, large shower, bath robes, mini bar etc. Staff booked our boat trip to the reef for us and they have lots of area knowledge and recommendations, very helpful and friendly!

The staff were always very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to look after us. We were given a free upgrade to a double bathroom lux villa to accomodate our family of 6.
The pools were fantastic and the kids really enjoyed the splash park, jumping pillows, and playground. -

Staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was very relaxed. The horizon club area + pool side was very clean. of choices of nice restaurants just downstairs. Staff are extremely
helpful. Helped us with all the bookings of shuttle bus and site visits.
The studio hotel apartment was great value of money. The ocean view from
the balcony was fantastic. Can't wait to come back to Harbour Lights
for our next Cairns holiday!

Fabulous location! We enjoyed a 20 min walk to Muddy's playground. A wonderful playground for kids and nice cafe stop for Mum and Dad! It was a very pleasant 30 min stroll into the centre of Cairns. we had a warm welcome from Sandy and an unexpected upgrade. You won't regret booking to stay here. The apartment was clean, well equipped, very relaxing with a stunning view of the Esplanade. It is a wonderful choice if traveling with young children.

Location was convenient to the "Esplanade" and local shopping and restaurants.
The manager, Rosemary, was very helpful. We arrived a number of hours before we were supposed to check in and our room was already ready for us.
The manager helped us book our tours and even drove us to the wharf on the day, so we wouldn't be late and this was greatly appreciated.

Your staff are the most friendly, easy going people we have come across in any hotel we have ever stayed at, even the guys who park our car to the the valet who brings our bags to our room.... 6 star in our books.... I found all of the staff very friendly , welcoming and efficient. Special praise goes to Rob McKenzie and his reception staff - I thought they were all brilliantly helpful when answering all of my questions. I would certainly recommend the hotel to others. - Great location and great facilities. Free shuttle into town was very good.
