Love the bed, not the usual two pushed together but a genuine kind size bed! Large balcony was nice, little touches of luxury such as spa bath, large shower, bath robes, mini bar etc. Staff booked our boat trip to the reef for us and they have lots of area knowledge and recommendations, very helpful and friendly!

The staff were always very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to look after us. We were given a free upgrade to a double bathroom lux villa to accomodate our family of 6.
The pools were fantastic and the kids really enjoyed the splash park, jumping pillows, and playground. -

I had a wonderful stay at the resort. The beach was spectacular. the resort had been recommended to me as convenient to Cairns and Port Douglas, and it was a very nice base for my 5 day visit to FNQ!

The staff at this hotel are probably the most friendly, helpful, professional staff I've ever come across - and I worked in hospo for 8 years! Staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was very relaxed. The horizon club area + pool side was very clean. We stayed twice at the Pullman International Cairns on this trip. Two nights on the way to Port Douglas and one night on the way back. On the way to Port Douglas we arrived at ten thirty and our room was ready. It was clean, tasteful and had a great view all over Cairns. We just had the best time at your hotel.... We had dinner at Cocos then a complimentary breakfast the next morning which was part of our accommodation package ... Your staff are the most friendly, easy going people we have come across in any hotel we have ever stayed at, even the guys who park our car to the the valet who brings our bags to our room.... 6 star in our books.... I found all of the staff very friendly , welcoming and efficient. Special praise goes to Rob McKenzie and his reception staff - I thought they were all brilliantly helpful when answering all of my questions. I would certainly recommend the hotel to others. - Great location and great facilities. Free shuttle into town was very good.

Great place. If you're looking for somewhere to party & have a laugh then this is the place.
Stayed in a four bed room with an ensuite shower & toilet which were cleaned everyday.
Staff were friendly & helpful along with the tour desk.
The club though is brilliant!! Large & loud & does $10 meal/drink deal which was a life save

Stayed from 19.2.13 - 26.2.13 in room 417 and had an awesome stay. I went with 3 people from work in Brisbane as a get away. We hardly ended up leaving at all because everything was there. I'll be booking again soon. Very hard to fault! Thanks to all the Gilligan's team.

Everything. We were upgarded without it being requested so that we had a quiet room. Reception staff were excellent as was the assitance given from the tours desk and the restaurant.
Clean modern rooms; very well appointed.
