  We were a couple with a infant. We were recommended to this hotel by a friend. It had cooking facilites we wanted for our baby. T also had Air conditioner, car parking and wi-fi which we look for where ever we go. The staff (receptionist- I assume she is the owner) was very friendly and helped us a lot to plan our sight seeing. Bed was very comfortable.Kitchen area very adequate. Good outdoor BBQ area. Location great - near the Esplanade, shops and airport. Good price for the facilities as a lot of budget accommodation have shared bathrooms.

  The location was excellent, the room (1 b/room appartment) was very clean and had every thing you would need away from home. Staff were friendly & helpful especially when there was a mix up with my booking, my room had been prepared. Good value for your money. Even the guests staying at Cascade were friendly.   I was there with my wife and two kids (2&5) in May and had a great experience. The apartments are big, clean, comfortable and with everything you may need (washing machine, dryer, kitchen, big fridge, nice TV, wireless internet). The location is good too, there's a DFO 400 metres away with all sorts of shops and a huge supermarket. The best of all is the welcoming and constant support from Graham, he runs it and was - The thing that impressed me the most at this resort apartment is the owner's (Graham) services. From the moment we checked in right to the morning we checked out, we were looked after very well. Graham helped us with directions to places we want to go, he booked tours for us and even gave us his discounts. Our 2 bedroom apartment was a good comfortable size for a family of 4. Everything was as expected at 3 star standard.
