  We arrived late after an extremely long journey from the uk and were immediately greeted warmly. We were told all about our room. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept well. The bath/wetroom was absolutely ideal for my wife who is disabled. It was quiet even though it was close to the breakfast room. Comfortable/convenience/unexpected extras (eg laundry, 3 TV's, large fridge). Cleanliness throughout the apartment. Loved the complimentary breakfast with very friendly & helpful staff. Friendly/family atmosphere. Comfortable beds, quiet night. Security in lift ... can only be used by guests (would not operate without pass). Secure & free Parking.   Right from the start when I spoke to Noelene on the phone I knew we would be happy with our accommodation. In the last week before our booking, I need to adjust the booking as we had two more children to cater for. The response from T.V. (Noelene) was most helpful. We were delighted with all aspects of T.V. we were comfortable...everything was ... cosa dice la gente » spotless...the children enjoyed the pool and we were a hop skip and jump from Toowong Shopping Centre. I would recommend T.V to my friends and will - The rooms were clean and a good size, the location handy for shops/restaurants and transport (trains and river-cat). There was a generous amount of laundry and dishwasher detergent provided which is rare! The beds comfortable, the linen good quality with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. We had a lovely view of the Brisbane city skyline from our balcony. The location is quiet and perfect for families. I'd go again.

  Room was good size and bathroom nice and clean. It was quiet and handy to where we wanted to go. Magazines to read were a nice touch. Breakfasts were well priced.   Myself and my son chose the airport Ascot as we were catching a flight the following day. It was perfect for it's proximity to the airport as well as being near to some lovely restaurants and shops. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the room was excellent. Car was undercover. Close to food choices at Racecourse Rd, we had the best Indian meal! Location is perfect for access to longterm parking facilities with transfer to airport.   We enjoyed the spaciousness of the apartments - wonderful, with everything a family required. Having access to two balconies, and two ensuites reduced 'traffic congestion' when other family members came to visit.
