The staff were awesome. From the pick up & return to the airport by the hotel shuttle bus was a fantastic service. This alone would make me stay here again. Their night shift driver "JP" even dropped me to the nearest Tram so i could use a more cost effective way into the city. Yeah it takes longer but for $3.50 return by tram to the city is a

myself and my new husband booked the wrong date we flew back into Australia,and at 11:30pm we were able to not only change it to that night-but a free shuttle came to get us!! the room was huge and so clean and bearly 5 mins from the airport. breaky was amazing and we even had a gym to go sweat some over eating from our hoiladay! the staff even helped us with a luggage scale so we could weigh our bags for our flight the next morning.

A great location handy to the airport,,which is what we were looking for. Happy hour at the bar was great, with the staff treating all the guests that were there as part of the family. There was no hesitation from staff when we told them that we needed the courtesy bus to the airport at 4:30am. Room was comfy, clean and was exactly what we needed. Wife enjoyed the in-room spa

Loved the staff - so friendly and helpful. There was a problem when we arrived with the bathroom and at 10pm they were fixing it!! Amazing! Friendly and welcoming, accommodating. Clean facilities. Great bathroom, clean, great pressure in the big shower.

We had a great stay and were suprised at how clean, comfortable and lovely the Motel was. A continental breakfast was also included which was suprising. We had dinner in the Bistro which was great and all staff we dealt with were fantastic. We will be staying there again forsure. -

Location was ideal for our purposes. We were not met on our late arrival despite prior notice to this effect although the Manager was obviously keeping an eye out for us from his residence because he did eventually appear. I should not comment on the facilities as both 1 night stays were just that and little time was spent there. -

I liked that when the manager realised I was travelling with my mother and had booked the wrong room, he adjusted the room package without issue and fuss. Wonderful apartment. Sadly only stayed one night it would be perfect for a week. Right opposite a racecourse if you are into that! Minutes from a tram stop which would take 20 mins into Melbourne. The apartment was warm, clean and comfortable and had everything you
could possibly need and it all worked. Great location and within easy
distance to both the airport and the city. Across from Moonee Race

Ease of checking in early and availability of off street parking. Room very comfortable for our short term stay. Breakfast excellent in the Dining Room and very well priced.
