Price was reasonable, so we added the cooked breakfast, which was fantastic, a touch of luxury for us. Nice touch was the microwave, which when we checked the website before arriving was not included. Fridge was a good size if you took some supplies, and toaster was a great idea. Shower, hot with great water pressure. Large shower allowed you to shower with young children. Young woman (Melissa) who ran the motel was approachable and friendly. Will return again. Loved the staff - so friendly and helpful. There was a problem when we arrived with the bathroom and at 10pm they were fixing it!! Amazing! Friendly and welcoming, accommodating. Clean facilities. Great bathroom, clean, great pressure in the big shower.
Clean room with everything you could need. Very close to the airport. Staff were very nice & extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend their hot breakfast - great value for money & up there in quality with any 5 star hotel I have stayed in.

We arrived in Melbourne just before midnight, so the motor inn was convenient, comfortable and very accommodating.

Bathroom needed to be updated but was very functional. Need to place a warning notice in bathroom that water is very hot for safety with small children. Front door a bit too small for frame which let in cold air around the sides. As a family room, needed more than 2 chairs at the table.
