  The rooms are very modern and kept very clean, the hotel staff were excellent, very helpful and polite, the overall experience was great. would definately stay at The Holiday Inn Norwich City again and would reccomend. - Friendly staff, excellent food, cleanliness of room.   We were upgraded to a Deluxe room......it was a superb room; ground floor with french windows leading to small patio area. The room was beatifully furnished, well equipped and exceptionally clean. The reception staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The outlook from the hotel was lovely......and we enjoyed a swim, steam room before breakfast... ce que les gens disent » . The breakfast dining area was bright and sunny.... - A lovely environment around the hotel. I wished that I had my golf clubs with me.Very good service from all staff. We had a nice meal, reasonably priced, in the restaurant, [La Fontaine]. We were upgraded to a suite, perhaps because I had asked for a large bed. The bars were very charming, looking out onto a beautiful garden with impossibly green grass.

  Loved how big the room was! Very spacious, clean, comfortable and above all else, great value for money. They are rooms attached to a pub, which I didn't realise when booking, but the lady who runs the place is lovely and was happy to help. No specific checkout time which is great!   Very friendly staff, excellent location, very clean, and the pub food downstairs was wonderful - we couldnt fault this hotel on the staff and cleanliness, we were given a very warm welcome, the room was very clean and a good size.

  I had a lovely room with a bay window in the old art of the hotel. The bathroom was just the right size and the location of the hotel is excellent, near the railway station and with a great micro brewery pub/gourmet pub food location nearby. The breakfast was excellent. - The hotel is excellent value for money. It is located just 3-5 minutes from the railway station. It has modern rooms. We were accomodated in a twin room and 2 single rooms. All rooms were well equipped and very clean. The breakfast was fine. The bar was a good place for relaxation. What I also liked: you couldn't hear your neighbours from the other rooms, everything was quiet.
