The owner, Andrew is a perfect host - laid back, friendly, extremely helpful, and seems to have all bases covered.
Our room was modern, fresh and beautifully presented. The attention to detail is noticeable and the high standards of the property are evident throughout.
The cleanliness of Sunset House is outstanding and it's obvious the owners take this business seriously.
This place is highly recommended.

Our studio apartment was of an extremely high standard. Furnishings and equipment were excellent and everything was spotlessly clean. We had only one night so were unable to use the leisure facilites but the pool looked wonderful and the beach was only a short walk from our villa. The rooms are very modern and kept very clean, the hotel staff were excellent, very helpful and polite, the overall experience was great. would definately stay at The Holiday Inn Norwich City again and would reccomend. - Friendly staff, excellent food, cleanliness of room. Our room was cosy and comfortable and the staff were consistently friendly and efficient - always happy to help. An issue with the boiler in the annex where we were originally staying was dealt with without any fuss, and we were given a free upgrade. A lovely Hotel set in a quaint North Norfolk village.
We had a room upgrade to a luxury suite in the Hoste main buildings at no extra charge due to noise which was fantastic, very sapcious really comfortable bed with gorgeous linens, massive walkin shower as well as a really well equipped separate bathroom.
The Hotel has recently added a new restaurant which is superb over looking a lovely courtyard patio & the service throughout the Hotel was excellent.

The proximity to Bewilderwood was the main reason for staying here. A great place for under 10 year olds. Read the books beforehand to enhance the enjoyment though.

I think you would have to be very critical not to enjoy your stay here. We could not fault it. Staff where very obliging the rooms clean and tidy and of a very good standard plus you can use the health club all in. Breakfast buffet style and that was great too. Its a 5min cab ride into Kings Lynn thats all and a lovely complex in a quiet location.

We were upgraded to a Deluxe room......it was a superb room; ground floor with french windows leading to small patio area. The room was beatifully furnished, well equipped and exceptionally clean. The reception staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The outlook from the hotel was lovely......and we enjoyed a swim, steam room before breakfast

We had a nice meal, reasonably priced, in the restaurant, [La Fontaine]. We were upgraded to a suite, perhaps because I had asked for a large bed. The bars were very charming, looking out onto a beautiful garden with impossibly green grass.

Impressively sits on a bit of a hill with a Baronial look about it. Stayed in this hotel a couple of years ago and since the new owners have it they've spent a lot of money on it and spent it well. Was impressed with the room and bathroom fittings as well as the new bar area.
