We had a fantastic stay here and will definitely return. The hotel was clean, staff were fantastic, and the breakfast was delicious. Friday night karaoke topped off a fantastic stay. Looking forward to going back! -

Very comfortable stay and ideal for a visit to the Houghton Hall exhibition which was our prime reason for choosing it, but also great for the lovely coast and countryside of Norfolk which we explored too. Friendly hosts and a good range of local eating places.

We stayed four nights in August for our wedding anniversary and loved it. Fiona & co were wonderfully friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We wanted somewhere cosy & central, when selecting a B&B for our visit to Cromer. Having very limited knowledge, we checked the reviews against availability & took a change with the Wellington House. "How we love it when a plan comes together". We cannot speak highly enough of Karen & Richard & their home Wellington House. Every aspect of our stay was as we would have wished & more. When we arrived David met us at the door, he took our bags and escorted us to a really lovely room at the front of the house. The ensuite bedroom was lovely and the bathroom very contemporary. We were made to feel very welcome as soon as we arrived. Breakfast the next day was huge - we loved the bowl of fresh fruit salad - not the usual hotel-type

Our room was a very good size overlooking the back garden. There was a balcony with table and chairs which would be lovely to use when the weather was warmer. There were bird feeders in the garden and we saw a great variety of feathered visitors. Also there were rabbits in the garden in the evening, and on our last morning a muntjac deer roamed through. The couple that run the B&B are very friendly and helpful, you do feel that nothing is too much trouble.

We were a couple staying overnight with a dog in tow and the accommodation proved to be excellent for our needs (we were in the family room and dog bed, towels and treats were provided especially for our dog). The location was idyllic, the hosts were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend to others. -

Ask for one of the local beers (really good and cheap) at the bar for Mark and enjoy it at the backyard table. The breakfast was such a DREAM! :D

The location was perfect for the city centre, close to the Lanes yet quiet. We had a room at the rear so didn't hear any street noise. The only sound was that of children going to/from nursery. Reminded me of being in Rome.

Everything was superb from the moment we arrived I.E. arranging the
private and secure parking through to the time we left. We especially
liked the close proximity to Norwich's shopping and town centre, the
castle / museaum, etc. Bed was very comfortable and lovely quite
room at back of hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the home
made cakes left in the room each day were delicious and a lovely change
from biscuits in a plastic wrapper. Highly reocmmended. We will
definitely be stay

Spent an enjoyable 2 days here. We had a warm welcome and the breakfasts were excellent. The room was well equipped with snacks, toiletries and bath robes which would only be found in luxury hotels. Definitely return here if in the area. -
