Rooms were very nice and geographic situation superb (not so far from centre of city, but not so close do be disturbed by noise). Also if you cant adjust the heating yourself then don't leave home without your nurse! - As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a smile and that carried on the whole weekend, the staff were very friendly, the size of the room size was excellent and the view over the river was lovely

Everything, from the moment we got there to the moment we left. Everything we made so easy for us, as soon as we arrived we was made to feel welcome and was shown around this amazing house. This was an amazing apartment right on the river across from the main
tourist area. The pictures do not show how new and luxurious the
apartment was. It is three bedroom two bath with a full kitchen, ding
area, living room, laundry room, entry hall, huge back patio, full
washer and dryer, and parking area. You don't need to bring any
laundry detergent, milk, etc. Everything is provided. I didn't want
to leave. We will definitely come back! The management met us at the
door and showed us around

The room was extremely comfortable and we were very impressed with the size of the room and the HUGE bed we had! The hotel is in a fantastic location for the town. We would definately stay at this hotel again. - it was near to the center of inverness with a beautiful view of the river ness and castle.the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean

The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean, the staff very friendly and accomodating. The food in the restaurant delicious, the pool and sauna a real bonus. I really can't think of a single bad thing

We will definately go back, and will be recommending it to all of our friends and family - We were having a weekend break visiting Fort William and Oban, have been to hotel before and can't fault the hotel or location, fantastic on all counts, friendly attentive staff, comfortable room, stunning view and excellent food and we will be back next year.

The hotel was perfect. Clean, comfortable and with a great staff. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Wonderful hotel. Highly recommend it. - kids just loved the leisure club, couldn't keep them out of the water and the jacuzzi and steam bath were an added luxury.

I stayed in the attic room, which was very quaint and had a ton of character, I absolutely loved the room. The location of this hotel is perfect for relaxing or hiking, it is located right near the water with amazing views. The new owners were friendly and trying hard to make all the guests happy; this included 'a wee dram' of whisky on arrival and a bottle of sparkly when our table for dinner was not ready on time. Very approachable staff; fabulous environs, warm, clean and romantic buildings and gardens. Loved the sense of history; staying in Flora McDonald's house.

I have stayed in many bed and breakfast. Many which cost a small fortune
and Were upsettingly of a very poor standard. This is the best one I
have ever stayed in. Everything is very well thought of to make your
stay perfect. Can't highly recommend this place or the lovely people
who run this highly enough so go ahead and book straight away. I have
never left a review before but had to shout out about this one xxx

Pleasant, well-run dining area for breakfast. No cooked food but plenty of cereals, toast, yoghurts, fresh fruit, juices, tea and coffee available to help yourself to. -
Nice room and bathroom bonus it has spa bath!! Staff were great and it suited our needs breakfast was what was stated would go back.

The staff are excellent, very friendly and very accommodating. Parking facilities are very good and the staff have good local knowledge. The hotel is very close to the city centre and patrolled by the Police on foot. The hotel is within walking distance to all the nightlife. The hotel is very quiet at night and the beds are very comfortable. -
