Mary, the proprietor, contacted me prior to the arrival date and gave me clear directions on how to find the apartment. On arrival Mary was waiting to show me around the property and explain the entry/exit systems, fire alarms etc.
The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and very well equipped.

Apartment 208 at By the Bridge was a great place to stay during our short break in Inverness.
Stylish and well appointed, with quality furniture and linens, this one-bedroom apartment was perfectly located with shops and restaurants right on the doorstep. The underground car park was easy to find and very convenient.
The pre-arrival information was very clear & helpful and key pick-up was straightforward.

Second time visit. Food is still beautiful and is washed down by good quality cask ales. Rooms are basic but contain everything you need. If I'm beating picky the bathrooms could do with a refurb but there still serviceable. The beds are MASSIVE and comfy with proper down quilts and pillows. Breakfast was substantial with plenty of choice! Great location for our over night stay onwards to the north coast or for people wanting to explore the highlands.

The staff were excellent. We did a train journey that arrived back late. The hotel kitchen was closed, but the manageress heated soup for us and made us sandwiches. We made a mistake with breakfast timings and were still served a half an hour late. Although the hotel is on a main road, the traffic at night is minimal and we slept soundly. -

This was an exceptional apartment, very spacious , modern, luxurious in its decor and furnishings. Extreamly well positioned for the city with wonderful veiws from the balcony over the river. The onsite underground car park was extreamly convienient with good security and access to the apartment by lift. The bathrooms, yes two for a one bed apartm

Is everything too general? We were on our honeymoon, traveling all around Scotland and Highland ended up being our favorite. We will be coming back to visit in a few years and will forgo other places next time, just setting up our base camp at the Highland Apartments so many things to see within driving distance, beautiful view, walkability is magnificent, so comfortable. Loved it!

The apartment was amazing! Spotlessly clean, lovely furnishings and decor, very comfortable and very relaxing, which is exactly what we were looking for. The complimentary breakfast pack was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. I felt very safe and secure and would definitely stay here again. -

We were welcomed at the hotel and all members of staff were outstanding. Our room was large and overlooking the water with plenty of amenities. We were persuaded to eat in the evening and the meal was excellent with complimentary liqueurs. we were allowed to stow luggage after check out as our train was 2 hrs later. We unreservedly recommend this

Good facilities with a nice restaurant. Beds were comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. We used Wick as a base for exploring northern Scotland and Orkney. We spent very little time in Wick itself. Convenient and free on street parking.
