Everything, it was just what I wanted. Please do not tell anyone about this hotel, it is a gem. Those reviews concerning no gym facilities know that when they book .. so why complain ? This was an amazing apartment right on the river across from the main
tourist area. The pictures do not show how new and luxurious the
apartment was. It is three bedroom two bath with a full kitchen, ding
area, living room, laundry room, entry hall, huge back patio, full
washer and dryer, and parking area. You don't need to bring any
laundry detergent, milk, etc. Everything is provided. I didn't want
to leave. We will definitely come back! The management met us at the
door and showed us around

The room was extremely comfortable and we were very impressed with the size of the room and the HUGE bed we had! The hotel is in a fantastic location for the town. We had a fantastic stay at the hotel, everything was first class. The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean, the staff very friendly and accomodating. The hotel was perfect. Clean, comfortable and with a great staff. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Wonderful hotel. Highly recommend it. - kids just loved the leisure club, couldn't keep them out of the water and the jacuzzi and steam bath were an added luxury.

The new owners were friendly and trying hard to make all the guests happy; this included 'a wee dram' of whisky on arrival and a bottle of sparkly when our table for dinner was not ready on time. Very approachable staff; fabulous environs, warm, clean and romantic buildings and gardens. Loved the sense of history; staying in Flora McDonald's house.

Obliging staff.
Pleasant, well-run dining area for breakfast. No cooked food but plenty of cereals, toast, yoghurts, fresh fruit, juices, tea and coffee available to help yourself to. -
Nice room and bathroom bonus it has spa bath!! Staff were great and it suited our needs breakfast was what was stated would go back.

The hotel is very close to the city centre and patrolled by the Police on foot. The hotel is within walking distance to all the nightlife.
